Standard shipping is free on orders over NT$2,500 subtotal.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package's journey.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period beyond the estimated delivery window listed above, please contact us at info@chaofule.com with your order reference. We will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. Please note that international shipments can occasionally take longer to trace due to customs handling and handoffs between carriers.

We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from their description on this site (for example: incorrect item sent, dimensions that do not match the listed specifications, or a manufacturing fault such as a loose binding or damaged pages).
We do not accept returns for change of mind — for example, if you simply decide you no longer want the item after receiving it. As handmade and hand-bound works, slight natural variation in colour, texture, or finish between the photographed item and the item received is normal and does not qualify as a defect.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, for the qualifying reasons above only.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
As all eligible returns are due to a defect or an error on our part, we cover the cost of return shipping in these cases.
Email info@chaofule.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order reference, a description of the issue, and photos where relevant. We will confirm next steps.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds — including a replacement or full refund of the item and any shipping costs — are issued within 10 business days.

我們僅受理商品瑕疵、運送途中損壞，或與網站描述有實質落差的退貨（例如：寄錯商品、尺寸與網站標示規格不符、裝訂鬆脫或頁面損壞等製作瑕疵）。
單純不喜歡、不想要了，不在退貨受理範圍內。由於商品多為手工製作或手工裝訂，商品照片與實品之間，在顏色、紋理或質感上的些微天然差異，屬於正常現象，不視為瑕疵。
符合上述資格的情況，您可以在收到商品後 14 天內 申請退貨。
商品須為未使用，並附上原包裝。

Chao Fu-Le Studio (chaofule.com) is the online shop and portfolio of independent artist Chao Fu-Le, based in Taipei, Taiwan.
All artwork, images, and written content on this site are the intellectual property of Chao Fu-Le and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a physical piece does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights. Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without written permission.
We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products, including artist books, prints, and studio objects. Because these are often hand-made or hand-bound, slight variations between the photographed item and the item received are normal and expected, and do not constitute a defect.
All prices are listed in New Taiwan Dollars (NT$) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through PayPal and/or 綠界科技 ECPay (as applicable). We do not store your payment card details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Commissioned work is subject to a separate agreement discussed directly with the artist regarding scope, timeline, and pricing before work begins. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for commission-specific terms.
Chao Fu-Le Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or products purchased, to the extent permitted by law.

My training and professional experience in technical and engineering drawing have profoundly shaped my artistic practice, leading me to begin each painting with simple lines drawn using pencil and ruler. Initiated in 2019, the Geometry series draws inspiration from fragments of architectural forms and urban landscapes in Taipei.

I develop a visual direction — colour studies, compositional sketches — for your review and refinement.
The painting is made in my Taipei studio. You'll receive progress updates throughout the process.
Carefully packaged and shipped worldwide, with full documentation and certificate of authenticity.
